Our Professional Development programme is aimed at professional/semi-professional and aspiring professional disabled artists. Carers who have faced career barriers because of their caring are also welcome.
We offer one-to-one guidance and mentoring sessions with artistic director Dr Ju Gosling aka ju90 (usually on Tuesdays from 12-1pm, but other times by arrangement including via Skype video call). Topics include courses, qualifications including Arts Awards, work experience, CVs, portfolio development and funding applications, as well as Access to Work and other support and funding mechanisms.
We also offer occasional group activities. In the summers of 2014 and 2015 we ran two-day overnight residential sessions of the Club at Zinc Arts in Ongar with the support of Arts Council England, offering an opportunity for professional, semi-professional and aspiring professional disabled artists to focus on their career development and covering all of their costs.
Contact Ju Gosling on email@example.com or 07973 252751 for more information and booking. Further information is available on the main Clubs page.
