Saturday 1 December 2.00pm-5.30pm: Sports Taster Sessions with the Newham Leisure Centres to Celebrate International Day of Disabled People, Newham Leisure Centre. Soft Play (2-3pm) and Move to Music (3.15-4pm) sessions for under-19s, plus Open Swimming (4.30-5.30pm) PLUS find out more about the activities for disabled people which take place weekly at Newham’s leisure centres, most of which are free.
