Define Your Journey

East London-based cellist Jo-anne Cox has been experimenting with vibration and light since 2019, in partnership with Together! 2012 CIC and a range of creative collaborators and with the support of Arts Council England. On Tuesday 7 December she performed live for the Together! 2021 Disability History Month Festival, before her collaborator Charles Matthews introduced their new Define Your Journey interactive digital experience and answered questions from the audience.

You can enjoy Define Your Journey and play along with on your phone, tablet or computer here: https://blurringtheboundaries.org/dyj-october/ Jo-anne, Charles and their team would love to know what you think, so please click on ‘Feedback’ at the bottom of the Define Your Journey homepage when you have finished.

Define Your Journey has been developed from Jo-anne’s 2019 new audience interactive performance, Defiant Journey, that blended music, activism, storytelling and digital and sensory arts.
