We will only ask you for personal information that we need in order for you to participate in our activities or to meet the requirements of our funders.

We will not send you information about our activities unless you have agreed to this.

We will not film or take photographs of you without asking your permission. (If you are at a Together! 2012 CIC event and do not want to be filmed or photographed, please tell us.)

We will look after your information carefully.

No one will see your information unless this is necessary to do their job.

We will not give your information to funders without removing your name first.

We will only keep your information for as long as we need it. We will also make sure that funders don’t keep information for longer than necessary.

We will never sell your information to anyone else.

If you are concerned about the personal information we hold on you, you can ask to see it and we will give this to you within 30 days.

If you believe that the information we hold on you is wrong, you can ask to have it corrected and we will do this within 30 days.

We will keep reviewing this policy to make sure it is fit for purpose.

MONITORING AND REVIEW

This Policy is monitored on an ongoing basis and reviewed annually by the directors to ensure that it remains fit for purpose, and is updated as necessary.
