Volunteers play a crucial role in Together!’s activities and we always welcome new volunteers. Volunteers can be Disabled or non-disabled, and any age over school-leaving age. Volunteers under the age of 26 can earn a nationally recognised Arts Award qualification; we are in the process of developing other qualifications programmes open to all age groups. We are always happy to offer CV experience – volunteers are also entitled to the same training as paid team members.
We particularly welcome volunteers who can support Disabled people to participate in our activities, for example by offering technical support by phone or online, or offering one-to-one support via Zoom Rooms during a Club session. Volunteers can also assist with the delivery of online events, including our Film Festival. We welcome volunteers with relevant experience and/or specialist skills, and will endeavour to ensure that an appropriate role is found for you.
If you are interested in volunteering at Together! please email us at info@together2012.org.uk with your full contact details, your availability, and a brief summary of your skills and experience (if relevant).
