Using an audit approach, we can create knowledge and application development processes built on the needs and aspirations of your organisation to become Disability, Diversity and Inclusion fluent.
Gold
Our Gold package includes everything offered in our Bronze and Silver packages. In addition we support you to achieve an internationally excellent standard of Diversity and Inclusion, enabling you to be a world leader as well as to be confident of meeting the expectations of team members and customers worldwide.
We start with a development needs analysis, individually tailored to the size, aspirations and intent of your organisation. You will have a designated consultant to mentor you and your organisation through the upskilling of your workforce and the redevelopment of your policies, practices and service delivery to maximise your potential as an inclusive world leading organisation.
