Saturday 3 December 2016 12pm:  Locally based disabled artists parade with Paracarnival to celebrate International Day of Disabled People at Gallions Reach Shopping Park. Paracarnival is a fast growing and exceptionally diverse community of artists, performers and enablers, whose highly inclusive programme of Arts of Carnival workshops and legendary carnival performances, engages and unites people of all backgrounds, ages, abilities and vulnerabilities. Paracarnival have been running workshops in Newham during the autumn, with funding from London Borough of Newham, resulting in this unique performance.
