All of our activities are inclusive of young adults, including the Join in from home programme. We also have an online programme specifically for young Disabled people, led by our Youth Development Worker, the artist Kate Rolison. This includes a Zoom Club, Facebook groups and Instagram – details follow. You can also find Family Activities on our website here.
Youth Together on Zoom, every Thursday from 11am-12noon on Zoom. For Disabled young people aged 16 – 25, including those who have completed their education and training but are facing barriers to beginning their career in the arts. This is a forum to meet like-minded young people to share tips with and collaborate. We have a different theme each week of the month: Visual Arts & Crafts on the first Thursday of each month; Filmmaking & Photography on the second Thursday; Creative Writing & Spoken Word on the third Thursday; and Performance on the fourth (and any fifth) Thursday. If you are being home-schooled or are stuck at home and are aged under 25, you can also join our online Arts Award programme and gain nationally recognised qualifications; contact Kate for details.

This group aims to be a hub for young Disabled artists in the UK. With this group we want to create a safe, supportive and inclusive environment where young people can connect, share their thoughts, tips and ideas, and find and promote opportunities that may be beneficial for members. The group especially welcomes young people who are still shielding or are otherwise stuck at home, aiming to create an online community that supports our passion for the arts and helps us to explore and develop it further. Our current focus is on sharing current online offers and activities available for young Disabled artists, and supporting each other to adjust and find new ways forward. We can also support young Disabled people living in isolation to gain Arts Awards, which are nationally recognised qualifications.

This group aims to be a hub for young and emerging Disabled filmmakers, both in the UK and internationally. A place where filmmakers can connect with other creatives, network, share tips and ideas, promote and find opportunities that may be beneficial for members. With this group we want to create a safe, supportive and inclusive environment where filmmakers can share their thoughts, get advice and talk about the issues surrounding disability and the film industry.
